This includes, but is not limited to, identifying target markets, sourcing deals, underwriting select opportunities, and bringing awarded deals to execution.
Prior to joining Student Quarters, Conrad worked in the Financial Sponsors Group within the Investment Banking unit of Barclays Capital in New York. Working with top-tier private equity clients on Leveraged Buyouts, Conrad quarterbacked the underwriting process of the debt portion of such transactions, including cash flow models and detailed credit analysis.
Before making the leap to the private sector, Conrad served as a second and third-grade teacher as part of the Teach for America program in New Orleans, Louisiana. Conrad holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a BS in Social Policy from Northwestern University.
