Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Carly oversees all aspects of the leasing and marketing process for Student Quarters.

Her complex role encompasses strategic planning, marketing operations, budget analysis, internal departmental marketing, and in-house creative and production services. Her experience includes large-scale implementation of marketing campaigns across portfolios, developing training in customer service, leasing, and resident retention, and finding solutions to increase traffic to communities.

Her tenure in the student housing space spans over 20 years, and she has held various roles within Operations, Leasing, and Marketing at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, Nelson Partners, and Peak Campus.
