Leonard Wright

He is responsible for building strong vendor relationships, leading contract negotiations, and providing day-to-day leadership for the Operations Support department and all property management professionals within the organization. He is focused on the operational success of every property, by improving the value for each asset.

During a career that spans over a decade exclusively in the student housing sector, Lenny was the Vice President of Operations at Campus First Student Living, where he oversaw the direction of operations, business development, partner relations, regional development, and capital improvements. Lenny began his career with Preiss Company, where he spent over six years in various operational roles. Throughout his career, Lenny has played a significant role in building a high-performing team. His high expectations for property performance are met due to his involvement in training, and constant support. His willingness to troubleshoot while providing teachable moments has been key to his success.

Lenny received his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Slippery Rock University. He was past president of the Western Pennsylvania Apartment Association and continues to be involved within the industry.
