Kyle Newsom

He leads Student Quarters’ maintenance division, which focuses on preventative maintenance, property innovation, and training programs for all Student Quarters’ maintenance team members across the nation.

Kyle joined the multifamily world in 2007 after college. Prior to joining Student Quarters, he worked in conventional housing before transitioning to student living. Once in the student world, he fell in love with the industry and has worked up the ladder from Maintenance Supervisor to National Facilities Director.
