Rina Itchhaporia

Chief ACCOUNTING Officer

As Chief Accounting Officer, Rina is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and treasury activities.

Rina has 20 years of accounting experience in US GAAP, IFRS and fund financial reporting. Prior to joining Student Quarters in 2024, Rina worked as the Controller at IDI Realty, an industrial real estate developer. In this role, she led the accounting team through the Company’s growth from $2B to $6B AUM, with an operating and development portfolio of 100+industrial properties dispersed throughout the US. She was an auditor with Deloitte where she managed multiple audits in the real estate, telecom, and technology industries for both private and public clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and joint ventures.

Rina earned her Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a licensed CPA in Georgia.
