Bryan Curley

In this role, he is responsible for mobilizing strong talent, enhancing gaps in the operational platforms, and streamlining protocols and procedures. 

Property management and people management are Bryan’s passions in his role. He has been in the student housing industry for roughly 25 years and, prior to joining Student Quarters, has held various operational roles both onsite and at the corporate level. Throughout his career, Bryan has embraced change and thrived in diverse environments.  He has worked with a multitude of operators throughout his career which makes his experience a good fit at Student Quarters.His vast experience has exposed him to a variety of product types, climates, and locations, ranging from Tier 1 properties to value-add assets. He has successfully managed everything from cottages and garden apartments to high-rise and mid-rise buildings, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of each property type.

Through streamlining protocols, consolidating training programs, and facilitating collaboration at the regional level, Bryan is dedicated to creating a more efficient and effective operational environment.  He firmly believes in the talent and potential within Student Quarters, and his leadership is focused on guiding the team to achieve even greater success.
