As Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie is responsible for the firm’s investment, capital raising, and corporate finance activities. Stephanie serves on the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors of Student Quarters.

Stephanie has an undergraduate degree in classical piano. Works by Brahms and Debussy are her favorites.

Stephanie has a career raising capital for student housing, multifamily, office, and hospitality sectors, and has executed over $8 billion of debt and equity capitalizations from US domestic and offshore sources under various structures. Prior to Student Quarters, Stephanie held positions as co-head of the Structured Finance practice at Savills in Washington, D.C., and as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking Groups at JLL and Spaulding & Slye.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College and Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
