Morgan oversees operational strategy, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives supporting both owned and third-party managed assets across the Student Quarters portfolio. Her leadership focuses on operational optimization, portfolio performance, systems and utility oversight, operational transitions and dispositions, vendor partnerships, and large-scale operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization.

With more than 14 years of experience in the student housing industry, Morgan has held a variety of operational leadership roles at both the onsite and corporate levels. Her experience spans on-campus and off-campus student housing, as well as conventional and off-base military housing markets. Since joining Student Quarters in 2019, she has played a key role in driving operational consistency, supporting portfolio growth, and developing scalable processes that support long-term company objectives.

Morgan leads a collaborative operations team that works closely with onsite teams and corporate leadership to execute company initiatives, strengthen operational performance, and support strategic business goals across the portfolio.
