Based in Atlanta, GA, our portfolio boasts an impressive 32 assets in 17 states and 21 campuses, totaling a gross asset under management (AUM) of $1.1 billion. As of April 2023, we offer a total of 11,547 beds and employ a team of 223 highly skilled professionals who are passionate about providing students with high-quality housing options close to their academic institutions.

We are dedicated to providing the best possible property management services, and our commitment to quality is reflected in our net internal rate of return (IRR) of 21.2%, an achievement we are immensely proud of. This past year was a record-breaking year for us as our average pre-lease was 97% for our portfolio, with 75% of properties hitting the 100% mark and a 7% rent growth. Additionally, we acquired seven new properties with a total of 2,865 beds and $275.6 million AUM, expanding our presence in the student housing market.
