Ashley DuParc

Director, Business Systems

Ashley is the Director of Business Systems for Student Quarters. In her role, she is responsible for spearheading the implementation and development of systems and networks within the company, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows and processes.

Ashley manages complex and specialized projects relating to the company’s Property Management System (Entrata), Microsoft 365 platform, google platform, company’s ticket system/help desk, and more.

She started in the property management industry in 2009 after graduating from Texas State University with a Bachelors in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. She started her career at Trinity Property Consultants as a leasing agent and worked her way through almost all on-site and Entrata related corporate positions in the student housing industry. Prior to joining Student Quarters, Ashley was the Director of Property Management systems at Book & Ladder.
