Cari Dadd

She creates and implements operational policies and procedures, serves as a liaison with HR and IT, and works with the accounting team to organize closings. In addition, she approves and processes bills, payroll, expenses, and income for proper allocation between properties, and within corporate P&L. Cari also helps coordinate events and cultural initiatives.

Prior to joining Student Quarters, Cari worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager and Customer Care Manager, directing implementation of Sales Force. Cari received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Alabama in 1993.
