Carolyn Barkley

Prior to Student Quarters, Carolyn served as the Director of Accounting for IDI Logistics, a major industrial real estate platform, where she managed the day-to-day accounting operations for over 50 million square feet of assets through various property life cycles ranging from raw land, speculative, and build to suit development, property operations, third party, and joint-venture management in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.  She has approved, an excess of $1 billion in dispositions and acquisitions over a span of 20 years.

Carolyn holds a BBA degree from Georgia State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.
