Carolyn’s experience portfolio includes serving as Corporate Controller at Student Quarters, a premier owner and operator of student housing across the United States, as well as Director of Accounting at IDI Logistics, a leading industrial real estate platform, where she oversaw daily accounting operations across more than 50 million square feet of assets. Her expertise spans the full property life cycle — from raw land and speculative development to build-to-suit projects, property operations, third-party, and joint-venture management across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Throughout her extensive career, she has directed over $1 billion in dispositions and acquisitions.

Carolyn holds a BBA from Georgia State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. When she’s not leading financial operations, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.
