Elizabeth Clayton

Director of Asset Management

As Director of Asset Management, Elizabeth’s primary focus is maximizing value of the assets within the Student Quarters’ portfolio.

Elizabeth is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of financial reports for each individualized asset and execution of business plans to achieve expected returns.

Prior to joining Student Quarters, Elizabeth began her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young in the Atlanta assurance practice, departing the firm as a second year Senior Assurance associate at the end of 2020.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accountancy) from Auburn University in 2016, and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2017. Elizabeth is a Certified Public Accountant and active member of the AICPA.
