Jacob Seigler

Director, National Facilities

As the Director of National Facilities at Student Quarters, Jacob travels to SQ properties across the country to lead and support site projects, oversee facilities operations, assist in training initiatives, and foster the growth of facilities teams.

Regionally, he works closely with site supervisors, guiding them in preventative maintenance, turn preparation, team development, and operational innovation.

Jacob began his career in student housing on the front office side before discovering his passion for facilities management. Since then, he has continually expanded his expertise, earning a reputation for hands-on leadership and strategic support.

Proud to be part of the Student Quarters team, Jacob collaborates with the SQuad to create innovative solutions, promote organizational growth, and build strong, lasting relationships.

Jacob is a dedicated family man outside of work who enjoys spending time with his daughter, wife, extended family, and friends. A passionate outdoorsman, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
