In this role, she is responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring individualized asset business plans in order to achieve return objectives.

Prior to joining SQ, Angela spent almost a decade focused on multifamily assets, leading the Asset Management division at Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE), a private equity firm focusing on value-add and workforce housing assets. She also worked at Novare Group, a leading developer of high-rise multifamily communities in the Sunbelt region. Prior to multifamily assets, Angela spent four years in investment banking and financial restructuring at Houlihan Lokey, and Alvarez & Marsal.

Angela received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School at UNC – Chapel Hill, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
