Melody is passionate about culture, development, and innovative ways to engage and motivate the onsite teams. Melody has over decade of student housing experience, and has previously worked with Trinitas Ventures, Gateway Facility Services, and Cardinal Group Management.

Melody holds a Bachelor of Arts from North Greenville University and is an active member of the National Apartment Association.
