Mandy Mewborn

She started her career as a leasing consultant while still attending the University of Georgia. As Director of Asset Recovery and Standards, she is focused on the profitability of the portfolio with an emphasis on total revenue growth, building effective on-site teams, and implementing company initiatives specific to the portfolio’s needs. Mandy has proven success in implementing strategy to maximize NOI and increase property value on challenged assets.

Mandy received her AB in Political Science from the University of Georgia. She holds a CAPS certification from the National Apartment Association and is involved in the Atlanta Apartment Association.
