Marco Cedrone

He ensures accurate financial analysis and budgeting for successful project execution. Marco oversees vendor approvals, guides the Design Team and General Contractor to align budgets and schedules with investment expectations.

Marco has 20 years of professional real estate experience, with a strong track record in successful development and acquisition. He has worked on over 100 developments totaling $4 billion, including low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise projects. He specializes in transactions, developments, and renovations involving change of use and capital injection to drive NOI. Before joining Student Quarters, Marco was a Managing Director at Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors. Marco’s technical aptitude in development and construction comes from his boots on the ground experience as a Project Manager, Estimator and Superintendent at Bovis Lend Lease, and Michilli Inc out of New York City.  

Marco Earned a Batchelor of Arts in Architecture and Economics from Tufts University in Medford MA.
