As the Director of Talent and Experience, Melody focuses on building and sustaining a strong, people-first culture by leading initiatives that enhance engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and elevate performance across the entire employee lifecycle.

From attracting and hiring top talent to supporting development, retention, and thoughtful offboarding, Melody ensures every stage of the employee journey reflects the company’s values and commitment to excellence.

Melody is passionate about culture, development, and innovative ways to engage and motivate the onsite teams. Melody has over decade of student housing experience, and has previously worked with Trinitas Ventures, Gateway Facility Services, and Cardinal Group Management.

Melody holds a Bachelor of Arts from North Greenville University and is an active member of the National Apartment Association.
