Morgan Grigsby

Senior Director, Training & Operations

As Senior Director of Training & Operations, Morgan is responsible for day-to-day operational support for the onsite teams.

Morgan oversees incoming transitions, data audits, payroll processing, recruiting, and HR-related initiatives.

Morgan started in student housing over a decade ago as a Leasing Consultant and has held various operational positions on-site and at the regional level. She has extensive knowledge with on-campus and off-campus student housing, as well as conventional and off-base military markets.

Morgan received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies at East Tennessee State University. Morgan is also a member of the National Apartment Association.
