Keith Jernigan Promoted to President of Student Quarters

Student Quarters, a leading student housing owner, manager, and developer, is pleased to announce the promotion of Keith Jernigan to President. Jernigan, who has served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, will now oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. 

With this transition, Andy Feinour, formerly President and CEO, will continue as Chief Executive Officer, focusing on long-term vision, growth strategy, and capital partnerships.
