Walker Todd

Director, Asset Management

As a Director of the Asset Management group, Walker’s primary focus is maximizing value of the assets within the Student Quarters’ portfolio.

Walker is responsible for the execution of business plans to achieve targeted returns, and the monitoring of financial reports for each individualized asset.

Prior to joining Student Quarters, Walker managed a portfolio of multifamily properties of at Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE), a private equity firm focusing on value-add and workforce housing assets. Previously, Walker began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young in the Atlanta assurance practice where he performed financial audits for global real estate firms.

Walker received his B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Georgia and an active member of the AICPA.
